Hello, I'm Josalynn

A little bit about me - I am 26 years young, a mama to two beautiful little girls, and a military spouse to my wonderful husband. I'm also a HUGE animal lover (so yes, please bring your pets!!)

Growing up my plan was always to be a wife, mom and caretaker for my family. I told myself once my kids were all in school, I'd pursue nursing. However, this all changed when I bought my camera and couldn't put it down!

A glimpse into my life

I truly believe in the power of connection, which is why I’d love to share a little about my family. My husband, Cory, and I are high school sweethearts who began our journey together shortly after graduation. We married at 18, moved to North Carolina, and welcomed our first daughter when we were 20. In 2024, the Army brought us to Tennessee, where we were thrilled to welcome our second daughter. We are now back in our home state, Illinois!


Our family is a constant source of inspiration for me. We love exploring new places, spending time outdoors, and finding joy in life’s little moments. These experiences shape the way I see the world and the way I approach my photography. For me, it’s all about capturing the genuine connections and emotions that make each person, family, or event unique.


Photography is my way of freezing time, preserving memories, and telling a story—your story. Whether it’s a family portrait, a milestone, or just a simple moment, I want to make sure you have a beautiful visual reminder of the things that matter most to you.
